Well shake it up baby now… actually we don’t advise shaking your bottle or can of stout, but we do recommend consuming it in ice cream! In honor of National Beer Day, we made a decadent caramel sauce from black chocolate stout beer and mixed it into brown sugar ice cream. Pair it with chocolate cake for a truly transcendent experience (we recommend Ovenly’s Brooklyn Blackout cake).

You talkin’ to me? This is pistachio with a Brooklyn attitude. A combination of raw and roasted pistachio nuts are blended into a paste and combined with sweet cream for the ultimate pistachio ice cream that you’re guaranteed to go nuts over.

Pretty in pink, isn’t she? “Pretty In Pink” is the prettiest palest pink ice cream (well, technically, it’s “ruby” chocolate) that has a delicate, sweet and almost fruity flavor with some crushed pink peppercorns scattered in it for a little zest. This is the chocolate for people who say they don’t like chocolate; we will make a convert out of you yet!

Fun fact: pink peppercorns are actually a berry and not pepper at all despite the name.

Mardi Gras isn’t just a time of year, it’s a state of mind so let the good times roll with “King Cake.” This flavor takes its inspiration from the beloved Mardi Gras pastry but you don’t have to worry though, there’s no plastic baby hiding inside this. It’s a cinnamon cream cheese ice cream with pieces of cinnamon bun and gold, purple and green sugar sprinkles mixed in.

What better way to celebrate Star Wars Day then to come up with a super fun, space-themed flavor? “May the Fourth Be With You” is a sweet cream ice cream naturally colored blue with the addition of blue spiraling (which also happens to be a super food!), and then swirls of blueberry and raspberry purée with silver sugar sprinkles and edible silver glitter starts to recreate a nebula (the little known Nix Nebula which is located directly above Brooklyn, NY). It’s fruity, and sweet and tart and smooth and a tiny bit crunchy… something for everyone!
